PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an elevator, which enables the elevator to be utilized for the evacuation of people in a building when the arrival of a tsunami is predicted.SOLUTION: A control device for an elevator includes: tsunami region determination means which determines whether or not a building is included in the target region of received tsunami information, according to the tsunami information; tsunami arrival time storage means which stores a tsunami arrival time extracted from the tsunami information when the building is included in the target region; tsunami height storage means which stores the height of a tsunami extracted from the tsunami information; floor determination means which determines a floor in the building, higher than the height of the tsunami stored in the tsunami height storage means, and determines an evacuation floor; available rescue time determination means which obtains an available rescue time according to the tsunami arrival time stored in the tsunami arrival time storage means and determines whether or not the available rescue time has passed; and service floor management means which determines that an upward landing call on a floor below the evacuation floor is valid before the available rescue time has passed. |
