PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection lens and a projector for improving the shortage of light volume in a red area by emphasizing a transmission factor in the red area.SOLUTION: There is provided a projection lens which is used in a projector using laser beams as a light source. The laser beam contains a first blue laser beam, a second blue laser beam, a first green laser beam, a second green laser beam, a first red laser beam and a second red laser beam which have different wavelength regions as the light source. The projection lens has the maximum value in a transmission factor of an optical axis between wavelength of 645 nm or more and wavelength of 680 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
