PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine and composition that induces an immune response against one or more influenza strains using a mutated Bordetella strain capable of causing pertussis as an active principle agent.SOLUTION: A method for inducing an immune response against influenza viruses in a mammal comprises a step of administering a mutated Bordetella strain, to a mammal, which comprises a mutated pertussis toxin (ptx) gene, a deleted or mutated dermonecrotic (dnt) gene, and a heterologous ampG gene. The mutated Bordetella strain is a pharmacological composition in which a wild-type Bordetella strain ampG gene is replaced by an E. coli ampG gene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
