摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens that can be delivered through a small incision.SOLUTION: A shape memory polymer (SMP) intraocular lens can comprise a refractive index of 1.45 or more, Tg of comprehensively 10 to 60°C, slight gloss or matte and light transmissivity having substantially 100% of visible spectrum. The intraocular lens is rolled at temperature of TG of an SMP material or higher. An intraocular device, while holding the temperature of Tg or higher, compressed in a mold in a deforming direction to the diameter of 1.8 mm or less. The compressed intraocular lens device can be transplanted through an incision having a width less than 2 mm of cornea, sclera or other anatomical structure. The lens can be transplanted to a lens capsule, ciliary sulcus or other cavity through an incision. The SMP can achieve refractive index substantially 1.45 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
