摘要 PURPOSE:To improve accuracy and durability by superposing and unifying an element, to both surfaces thereof a plurality of grooves are formed in parallel, and a substrate, on one surface thereof heating elements and lead electrodes are shaped, so that the heating elements and the grooves are positioned at corresponding positions on each surface of the element and constituting path groups for injecting droplets. CONSTITUTION:An element 1, to both surfaces thereof nozzles N1-N6 as path groups for injecting droplets are shaped in parallel, and substrates 2, 3, on one surfaces thereof heating elements R1-R6, selecting lead electrodes S1-S6 and common lead electrodes C1, C2 are formed, are joined and unified so that the heating elements and the nozzles are positioned mutually at corresponding positions. When the nozzles N1-N6 are supplied with ink for recording and electric pulses are inputted to the heating elements R1-R6, ink on the heating elements is evaporated quickly and changed into bubbles, and ink droplets 4 are discharged from an orifice surface A for the nozzles N1-N6. According to the method, the nozzles N1-N6 can be machined extremely precisely, thus acquiring a recording device, which has excellent durability and is proper to mass production and density thereof is increased and is changed into a multi-nozzle state.
