In a process for incorporating sections of pipe made from synthetic material with lateral outlet orifices in waste- water pipes to be readapted with lateral outlets, firstly the situation of the outlet in the waste-water pipe to be readapted is located from its inside with respect to the situation of the section of pipe made from synthetic material, already incorporated, in the direction of the longitudinal axis. After that, the lateral outlet orifice of the section of pipe made from synthetic material to be incorporated is positioned above the soil surface and outside the waste-water pipe to be readapted. Next, this section of pipe made from synthetic material, already previously prepared, is joined to the section made from synthetic material already laid out, in an oriented position inside the waste-water pipe, by means of a conveying device which can be moved inside the waste- water pipe.
