<p>PURPOSE:To detect trouble through the resultant output of respective systems by a multiplex ATC unit and check by comparison of speed signals whether or not the speed is accurately detected. CONSTITUTION:A signal transmitted through a track circuit is received by a receiving antenna mounted on a train. The received signal is demodulated and decoded by a receiver 2 to obtain a limit speed command signal Vc. The train speed detected by a train speed detector 3 is converted by a speed range detector 71 into a signal VB corresponding to the limit speed. Another speed range detector 72 compares the signals VC, VB with each othger. The brake is tightened when the signal VB is higher than the signal VC, but is loosend when VB is lower than VC. A speed collator 7 is made of double systems. The trouble with the speed detecting function can be detected by collating the speed ranges of the respective systems with each other.</p> |
