PURPOSE:To execute thermal processing efficiently without the worry of dewing by putting an assembling body such as a magnetic disk device into a plastic bag, applying heat cycle test under a dewatered, pressure-reduced and sealed state. CONSTITUTION:An assembling body 1 is put into a plastic bag 20, dry air is sent and the body is dried. This is degassed to about 2/3-1/4 ATM, the so- called vacuum pack is executed, immersed in the water tank at the high temperature and the room temperature and the light oil tank at the low temperature for 1-3hr, and immersed in the water tank of the room temperature again. By such a method, the limit of the temperature up gradient due to the dewing at the time of the temperature up is not necessary and the thermal processing time can be reduced by half. The bag 20 is more convenient than a desiccator 2 and the thermal conduction is also satisfied.
