PURPOSE:To shorten the time for analyzing a program of a simple language by analyzing the program which has been generated by the simple language, converting it to a program of the same contents as a program which has been generated by an EIA language, and also executing its converted program so that the same contents as the EIA program can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:First of all, whether an inputted program is an EIA program which has been converted up to the present or not is checked. Subsequently, a program which has been generated by a simple language is analyzed and converted to a moving data. Next, the program of the easy language is converted to a program of an EIA language, and an NC device is operated, based on a moving data. Also, when the inputted program is an EIA (an EIA standard of U.S.A.), this EIA program is analyzed, and a program which has been converted to the EIA program is executed. Moreover, in case of repeating an operation of the NC device plural times, an analysis of the EIA program and an execution of the program which has been converted to the program of the EIA language are executed by a designated number of times, and thereafter, all the operations are ended.
