PURPOSE:To prevent the burden of concentrated load on an asphalt mat to be integrally provided to the bottom a caisson by a method in which a reinforcing member is integrally provided to the portion to be applied with concentrated loads when being handled in the same thickness as the asphalt mat. CONSTITUTION:A fitting member 4 is provided on an upper plate 2 and legs are provided to the downside to form a reinforcing place 1. The fitting member 4 is buried in a state of being projected from an asphalt mat 5 in the asphalt mastic 6. A netted internal reinforcing material 7 is also buried in the mat 5. The fitting plate 4 of the reinforcing plate 1 is buried in the bottom to be touched by a jack of the caisson 10 is integrally attach the plate 1 to the caisson 10. By jack-up of the caisson 10 through the plate 1, the application of concentrated load on the mat 5 can be prevented.
