PURPOSE:To automatically input the assortment No. for control system by attaching a lavel having a receiving transmitter in sheet form inside onto which the assortment code corresponding to the sending destination of a freight is previously set, onto the freight. CONSTITUTION:In a store designated as packet managing station, a lavel 12 in which a receiving transmission device 16 in sheet form in which the assortment destination code corresponding to the sending address of a freight 15 is previously set is installed inside is attached onto the freight 15. Said freights 15 are collected to the centering assortment center, and the assortment destination code written into the receiving transmission device 16 of the freight 15 is read in the noncontact system through the electromagnetic waves as medium, by a receiving transmission unit 18, and the read-out assortment destination cods information is transmitted to a division controller 20. The turn of a turning conveyor 26 is controlled by the controller 20, and the freight 15 is assorted and loaded onto each pallet, which is transported to the corresponding carrying- out conveyor 27, and the freight 15 is loaded onto each distribution car 28 from each carrying-out conveyor 27.
