PURPOSE:To make a solenoid coil compact, by communicating a plunger through a ratchet mechanism to a slider, accumulating a stroke afforded to the plunger bit by bit, and transmitting the stroke to the slider. CONSTITUTION:An exciting force of a solenoid coil 18 is transmitted through a plunger 19 and a ratchet mechanism 20 to a slider 16, thereby reciprocating the slider 16. The solenoid coil 18 is capable of selectively move the plunger 19 in the right and left directions. The stroke afforded to the plunger 19 is accumulated and transmitted to the slider 16. Accordingly, the solenoid coil may be made compact, and a large stroke may be obtained in spite of such compactness.
