Curable organosiloxane compositions exhibiting superior adhesion to a variety of substrates in the cured form comprise a polyorganosiloxane containing at least two alkenyl radicals per molecule, an organohydrogensiloxane, a platinum-containing catalyst and, as the adhesion promoter, the combination of 1) an organosilicon material containing diorganovinylsiloxy, triorganosiloxy, SiO42 and alkoxy groups in specified proportions and 2) a silane containing at least two alkoxy groups and either a glycidoxy or epoxycyclohexyl group bonded to silicon. |
