PURPOSE:To easily incline a mirror body to an optional angle by enabling a ball joint which is formed in the rotation center part for collapsing of a manually operated operating lever, to be divided up and down when said mirror body is inclined. CONSTITUTION:A mirror body 4 is supported inclinably in the longitudinal direction by means of a shaft 3 which is erected on an installing base 2 provided in an integrated form with a bracket 1 fixed to a body side, while a ball joint 12 which is provided in an integrated form with the combined point between an operating lever 10 and an actuating arm 13, is rotatably supported by the shaft 3. The end of the actuating arm 13 is connected to a mirror holder 8 which is inclinable with a pivot 7 as a fulcrum, via an operating board 14. And, the ball joint 12 is formed with a pair of semi-spherical members 20, 20 which are dividable up and down, and the operating lever 10 is connected to the lower semi-spherical member 20 while the actuating arm 13 is connected to the upper semi-spherical member 20 in an integrated form respectively. And, a pressure adjusting spring and a return spring are doubly installed, inside and outside, in between the two semi-spherical members 20, 20. |
