PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic sheet pack from jumping out greatly by providing a damping member slowly restoring an ejection lever in response to the movement of a bucket while the bucket is being ejected. CONSTITUTION:When the magnetic sheet pack 10 enters the ejection after magnetic recording and reproduction, the bucket 27 starts moving downward slowly. Since the eject lever 102 is pressed to the magnetic sheet pack 10 while being energized by a spring 104, the lever starts moving counter clockwise entailed with the movement of the pack 10. In this case, since the eject lever 102 is turned slowly counter clockwise in matching with the saving state of the bucket 27 while being pressed onto a stopper pin 106, the magnetic sheet pack 10 is not jumped out of the bucket 27 by the eject lever 102.
