PURPOSE:To obtain high temperature red hot state of about 1,000-1,100 deg.C by providing a red hot body of honeycomb shape made of high temperature resistant ceramics above a metal net made of a heat resistant alloy or a flame hole plate constructed with a punching plate. CONSTITUTION:A flame hole plate 7 constructed with a punching plate 6 made of a heat-resistant alloy and a red hot body 9 constructed with a honeycomb construction body which uses as materials Al2O3, TiO2, SiO2, MgO, ZrO2, cordierite, mullite, mullite zircon, etc. and has many holes with porosity of more than 70% are installed right above a mixing tube 3' made of a heat resistant alloy. The whole red hot body 9 becomes red hot by contact of flames formed on the punching plate 6 with the red hot body 9 and the red hot temperature of the body 9 reaches 1,000-1,100 deg.C.
