PURPOSE:To increase a flow rate area to a low flow rate area by using a guide wall consisting of a movable wall which can be rotated in line with the direction of a discharge flow and a fixed wall in which the set angle of its end is set smaller than the discharge angle at the time of a design flow rate. CONSTITUTION:A guide part 3 consists of a movable wall 4 which introduces and gradually decelerates a discharge flow, and a fixed wall 5. A set angle deltaon the end of the fixed wall is set smaller than a discharge angle at the time of a design flow rate. When operating in a flow rate area lower than the design flow rate, a discharge angle alpha is a small angle and the movable wall 4 is rotated in line with the angle so that separation may not take place in a flow at the end of the movable wall 4. Thereby, flow rate areas applicable to low flow rate areas can be increased as a whole.
