PURPOSE:To lower the temperature of a bearing part by providing a heat insulating board on the casing side of a cooling vane, while providing a cooling duct having an opening on the cooling vane side and an inlet part on the opposite side to said cooling vane. CONSTITUTION:A cooling vane 12 is fixed to a motor shaft 4 positioned in between a casing 14 and a motor 18, and a heat insulating board 13 is provided on the casing side of the cooling vane 12. A cooling duct 7 has an opening part 9 on the casing 14 side while having an inlet part 10 on the motor 18 side. And, radiant heat to the motor 18 is shut off by the heat insulating board 13, while air is sucked in from the inlet part 10 to the opening part 9 to cool the motor 18, and discharged out of the opening part 9. Thereby, the temperature at the bearing part can be greatly lowered.
