发明名称 METHOD FOR DETERMINING DROPPED POSITION OF CHARGED MATERIAL FOR BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To determine accurately and continuously the dropped positions of charged raw materials, by sound speed and providing bar for determining with plural detecting terminals of impact sound in the diametric direction of the furnace at the upper part of a blast furnace stock line to detect the sound of the bar occurred by collision of charged raw materials against the bar. CONSTITUTION:The rod-shape measuring bar 4 made of steel and the like is disposed in the direction of furnace diameter, under the raw material charging device 3 at upper part of blast furnace 1 above the stock line (shown by dotted line) of charged raw materials. Signal detecting terminals 9a, 9b, 9c are arranged so as to interpose the position 7b where the falling raw materials 2 collides against the bar 4 between the terminals. Each terminal 9a, 9b, 9c catches the collision sound caused by the detecting bar 4 and the raw material 2, and outputs an electrical signal to an arithme tic unit 10. The arithmetic unit, determines the position 7b where the material 2 collides against the bar 4, by the electrical signal of the collision sound, base of the difference of detecting time and the sound speed transmitting in the bar 4. Then the result is displayed on a display part 11. In this way, the dropped position of raw material 2 is accurately determined.
