PURPOSE: To provide an image forming system which can efficiently realize the acceleration and multiple functions to execute the image forming process such as the formation or bookbinding of a large quantity of images. CONSTITUTION: The image forming system comprises a print server which inputs the image data from a unit for processing image data and the specification data of final copy and controls the conveying form of a sheet conveyor 7 for conveying the sheets discharged from operation controlling and image forming units 5, 6 including the selective use of a plurality of the units 5, 6 in response to both the data. A combining unit is provided in the conveying passage of the sheet fed from a stack unit in the conveyor to stream line the sheets. |
