PURPOSE:To prevent the rotation of information memory medium without fail while loading is not firmly executed by providing a loading member position detecting means and an information memory medium control means. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of an information memory medium holding member 7, a loading condition detecting means 8 to detect the loading condition to the centering part of an information memory medium mounting stand 1 of an information memory medium loading member 3 is provided. For detecting means 8 on the upper surface of the information memory media holding member 7 fixes four reflecting type sensors 9... by dislocating them by 90 deg. respectively, the side surface position of the information memory media loading member 3 is simultaneously detected and the detecting signal from these is sent to a control device 10. The control part 10 is connected with a motor driving circuit 11 to drive a motor 2, when loading is decided to be defective by the control part 10, the driving signal is not sent to the motor driving circuit 11, the motor 2 is controlled not to drive and the abnormal condition is displayed at the displaying part.
