The device includes a CO2 laser oscillator, an attenuator, a scanner, an infrared sensor, and a computer system comprising a graphic display and a graphic printer. Watching graphic displays on the screen, an operator can quickly and precisely measure the profile of CO2 laser beam from the oscillator to maintain oscillation mode at optimum for the high performance of laser.
