PURPOSE:The title composition that contains a specific quaternary ammonium salt, a specific compound such as polyoxyethylene oleyl ether and a metallic lame agent, thus increasing the dispersion stability of the metallic lame agent to improve the commodity value and make-up effect. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) at least one selected from compounds of the formula (R1-R4 are alkyl, hydroxyalkyl where R1 and R2 are of 8-22 carbon atoms, while R3 and R4 are of 1-3 carbon atoms; X is halogen), (B) at least one selected from a compound which is obtained by adding less than 30 moles of ethylene oxide to 1 mole of an ester from 1 mole of sorbitol and 1-4 mol of fatty acids of 10-26 carbon atoms, another compound obtained by 2-30 mol of ethylene oxide to 1 mol of mono- to triglyeride of the above-cited fatty acid and the third compound obtained by adding 1-2 mol of the above-cited fatty acids to a polyethylene glycol of 2-15 polymerization degree and (C) a metallic lame agent. The resultant composition is used as a rinse agent to develop good make-up effect.
