PURPOSE:To discharge air bubbles which are mixed in liquid diverted from a main pipe to a branch pipe to the main pipe side by giving the branch pipe a downward slope at its liquid intake side part in a liquid flow direction and also directing a liquid intake side opening surface up toward a main pipe rotation part. CONSTITUTION:A developer 136 which reaches the branch pipe 126 flows through a main pipe principal part 254 from above to below to reach the main pipe rotation part 256, so that it flows from below to above. Air bubbles flowing in the branch pipe part 252 together with a developer 136 float toward an upper opening 252B because the developer intake part 252A of the branch pipe part 252 is arranged slantingly. Further, air bubbles reaching the periphery of an opening 252B exit smoothly because the opening 252B is directed upward and are discharged as gas to the upper space of the main pipe rotation part 256. The developer 136 flows through the main pipe rotation part 256 in the same direction as the discharge direction of air bubbles, so the flow of the developer 136 never impedes the discharge of air bubbles.
