FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in transmission gears with long-pitch heavily loaded large-diameter gear wheels with different modes of teeth loading, including impact ones, along wheel circumference. Gear wheel includes body, gear rim with teeth and two end pads, fixed on teeth ends and body ends sections, adjacent to rim. On wheel circumference sections with impact teeth loading pads fixation on teeth ends is made not on entire teeth height, but with attachment upper limit displacement from teeth tips towards their bases.EFFECT: higher reliability of gear wheel operation.1 cl, 2 dwg |
