FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for checking anticorrosion coatings for abrasion resistance, for example for aspiration pipelines. Device includes housing, drive, loading device, tested samples and abrasion element, drum, wherein loading device is laboratory mill for construction materials grinding, in grinding zone of which tested samples in form of metal plates with anti-corrosion coating applied thereon are arranged on suspension, and abrasive element is quartz sand, located in grinding zone. Drum inner part has quartz sand sprayers in form of ribs, which pass through grinding zone. Cam type vibrator is connected to suspension and it is connected to housing with elastic element in form of spring.EFFECT: higher reliability of abrasive element impact on tested samples.1 cl, 1 dwg |
