PURPOSE:To form a microwave frequency division circuit suitable for circuit integration and having a broad band characteristic by combining two field effect transistor (FETs) to constitute a double balance mixer. CONSTITUTION:An input signal whose phase is made different by 180 deg. by, e.g., a hybrid circuit 13 is fed to gates of two FETs 11, 12 whose sources or drains are connected. Then signals having phases different from 180 deg. are fed back to the drains or sources of the FETs and an output of a hybrid circuit 14 is extracted as a frequency division output. For example, an output of a mixer section I comprising FETs 21, 22 is amplified by an amplifier section II including FETs 23, 24 and 25. Then a differential amplifier section III including FETs 26-32 gives two outputs of phases 0 and pi different from 180 deg., they are fed back to the FETs 21, 22 of the mixer section I to output a 0-phase signal.
