PURPOSE:To regulate the amount of water at a desired amount and to improve a water saving effect, by providing a main piping, a first valve, discharge pipes, second valves, washing tanks and orifices, and forming the sucking side of each orifice in a recessed cross section. CONSTITUTION:The following parts are provided: a main piping 2, a first valve 3, which opens and closes the path of the main piping 2; a plurality of discharge pipes 4, which are communicated to the discharge side of the first valve 3; second valves 5, which open and close the paths of a plurality of the discharge pipes 4; a plurality of washing tanks 7, which are communicated to the discharge sides of the second valves 5; and a plurality of orifices 11, which are provided on the discharge sides of the second valves 5 and narrow the paths into the predetermined cross sectional areas for the paths. The sucking side of each orifice 11 is formed in a recessed cross section. The path of each discharge pipe is narrowed to the predetermined cross sectional area of the path. Even if several tanks of many washing tanks 7 are used, the desired amount of water is injected in the washing tanks 7. Thus the water saving effect is improved, and microorganism is not bred in the water.
