PURPOSE:To permit a wall structure to obey the unequal subsidence of the ground by a method in which wall panels are set between H-steels erected on the ground, and reinforcing materials are connected to coupling levers set in a vertically movable manner between the H-steels on the back side of the panels. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of H-steels 3 are erected on the ground 1 in such a way as to face their grooves 3a mutually, and wall panels 2 are set between the grooves 3a of the adjacent steels 3. Reinforcing materials 4 are fixed to coupling levers 5 by bolts 6, and both ends 5a of the levers 5 are fitted in a vertically movable manner into the grooves 3a on the back side of the panels 2. Soil is spread over the reinforcing materials 4 on the ground 1 and compacted to form the lowermost stage banking. The fitting of the panels 2, connecting of the materials 4, and compaction are repeated to construct a reinforced soil. An underground structure to be buried can thus be set on the uppermost layer of the reinforced soil.
