摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To estimate a plate thickness deviation and to perform the highly accurate plate thickness control immediately after rolling by correcting a mill constant and a screw value in accordance with a rolling load after the start of rolling by a continuous rolling mill provided with an absolute value gage meter AGC. CONSTITUTION:A mill constant M is corrected in accordance with a rolling load P when the estimated value DELTAh of a plate thickness deviation is obtained by the gage meter equation I linearized using hO as the target plate thickness, S as a screw value, P as a rolling load, and delta as a correctional value to a screw value. In the equation, a mill constant M=M1.M2(P) where, M1=a mill constant calculated based on roll conditions and a plate width before rolling, M2(P)=a correctional term to a mill constant corresponding to a measured rolling load. At that time, a plate thickness deviation is estimated by conducting correction of a correctional value delta to a screw value by using the mill constant M and equation II. where, hO-the target plate thickness, PC=a set load, P=a rolling load, M=a mill constant.</p>
