PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having improved color turbidity and transferring property of coloring matters by inserting a non-photosensitive intermediate layer which contains a specific compd. between two pairs of image forming layers. CONSTITUTION:The titled material has at least two pairs of the image forming layers which have different color sensitivities with each other and give coloring matters having different hue with each other. The each image forming layers comprise a photosensitive silver halide, a reducing agent and a coloring matter providing substance in the title material. The titled material has the non- photosensitive intermediate layer contg. the compd. shown by the formula between two pairs of the image forming layers wherein R<1> and R<2> are each hydrogen or halogen atom. The compd. shown by the formula is incorporated to the intermediate layer as an agent of preventing color turbidity. A coupler capable of reacting with a developer is exemplified as the coloring matter providing substance. The coloring matter silver compd. obtd. by reacting the org. silver salt with the coloring matter is also exemplified as the prescribed substance. |
