ILLEGAL USE PREVENTING DEVICE FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prevent the illegal use of a computer system by using a means which collates the digital data to which the face video of a user is photographed with the registered face video of the user retrieved from the data base. CONSTITUTION:A user puts a collation card 10 through the card slit of a card reader 12 when the user uses a computer system 11. The collation code read by the reader 12 is outputted to a data base 13, a display 14 and a recorder 15 respectively. The data base 13 retrieves the digital data on the face video corresponding to the collation code. Then the retrieved digital data is given to an automatic video matching device 16. While the user's face is photographed by a digital camera 18 and given to the device 16 in the form of the digital data. The device 16 sets both digital data on each other to secure the best matching state of them. Then an automatic collation deciding device 19 decides the coincidence between both data.
