PURPOSE:A cariostatic composition that contains, as a fluoride, indium fluoride, thus showing excellent cariostatic action, because it makes teeth enamel acid- resistant and increases the crystallinity. CONSTITUTION:The objective cariostatic composition is obtained by using indi um fluoride as a fluoride, when needed, adding an antiseptic, taste-modifier, flavors and other additives. The resultant composition is used as a mouth wash, paint, or a powder, granules for providing them, or added to tooth paste, cement, amalgum, coating so that indium fluoride reaches a specific amount. |
