The section (1) comprises at least two distinct metallic sections (2, 3) which are separated from one another by thermally insulating material (8) and which are joined together by junction elements (7) which are formed by strips of rigid plastic material and form, with the said metallic sections (2, 3), a cavity which defines the thermally insulating filling material suitable for determining a dermal cut while avoiding the formation of condensation.
