PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit used in a two-way DC/DC converter including an IGBT as a switching element capable of reducing the switch-off loss by the IGBT with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A two-way switch 10 including two FET switches 10a and 10b which are inversely connected to each other is connected to each of connection points of a series circuit of IGBT switches 6a and 8a and a series circuit of IGBT switches 6b and 8b. Before turning OFF any of the IGBT switches, the two-way switch 10 is turned ON and subsequently the two-way switch 10 is turned OFF. With this, the switch-off loss when the IGBT switch is turned OFF is replaced with the switch-off loss of the FET switch. |
