摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet device, an ink discharge method and a manufacturing method of organic EL element capable of performing a high quality ink application by recovering attached mist from a head plate while preventing decrease of work efficiency.SOLUTION: An inkjet head 18 has a head plate 181 including plural ink discharge holes 181a formed at a pitch of 0.282 mm or less. In the head plate 181, a mist suction hole 181b is provided to each of the ink discharge holes 181a for sucking floating mist and attached mist. The distance between the ink discharge hole 181a and the corresponding mist suction hole 181b is smaller than the distance between the closest ink discharge holes 181a in the plural ink discharge holes 181a.
