PURPOSE:To eliminate such problems as a shift in the position, insufficiency of the up and down stroke, and persistence of vibration due to impact remains, by constituting the titled mechanism of a carrier, an elastic body, and a magnetic head on which a roller stud for penetrating a long hole of the carrier is provided vertically. CONSTITUTION:The titled mechanism consists of a carrier 1, an elastic body 3, and a magnetic head 4, the carrier 1 has an arm part 9 into which a guide sleeve 2 is fitted, and long holes 7 of two pieces each, on the upper part of the both right and left side parts of a box shape whose lower face is opened, and the lower part of both the side faces, respectively. Also, the elastic body 3 is packed into the carrier 1. Also, the magnetic head 4 compresses the elastic body 3 and inserted into the carrier 1, and assembled so as to be movable up and down by a roller stud 6 to which a roller 5 is fitted through the long hole 7.
