PURPOSE:To allow a calling terminal equipment to select whether or not the inversion of transmission right is to be permitted by deciding the enable/disable transmission right inversion depending on the setting condition of the user of a transmission terminal equipment when the said equipment receives a transmission inversion request. CONSTITUTION:A system control section SCU controls a communication control section CCU, a read section VPU, a recording section WCU and an operator interface section OPU and the control section CCU executes the control procedure to communicate with an opposite equipment via a line by a command of the section SCU. In case the transmission terminal equipment receives a transmission right inversion request, the processing is applied in the transmission right inversion mode. The transmission inversion mode decides the condition whether the transmission right inversion request is to be permitted or not and registered in advance by the transmission side user in a memory of the section SCU. Thus, the inputted transmission right inversion request and the preset condition are collated, whether or not the permission is given is decided and at the time of the condition is coincident, the request is allowed. That is, whether or not the inversion of transmission right is permitted is selected by a calling terminal equipment.
