PURPOSE:To produce the titled candy having fantastic appearance and excellent palatability, by sealing a mobile center in a hollow cavity space composed of a recess formed of transparent candy and a transparent cover. CONSTITUTION:Molten candy is poured into an inverted recess mold 1 and taken out of the mold after solidification to obtain a recess 2 made of transparent candy. A mobile center 4 is put into the recess and the top opening of the recess is sealed with a separately produced transparent cover 5 having a shape corresponding to that of the recess 2. The cover 5 is fixed to the recess 2 with transparent candy. The mobile center is preferably that composed of a liquid oil or fat, solid material or their combination.
