CONSTITUTION:The friction welding of non-fusion is performed in the space 4 between the material 1 to be joined (ferrous material or Ni base alloy) and the insert 3 consisting of a tantalum. The electron beam welding, etc. of non- fusion or fusion welding is performed in the space 5 between the material 2 to be joined (zirconium) and insert 3. In this case the thickness of the insert material 3 is taken >=10mum. The ferrous material means a steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel, etc. and Zr material a pure Zr and Zr alloy. With this joint structure the combination of high strength is possible and the corrosion resistance of the connection part can be improved.
