PRODUCTION OF COATED FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a film having excellent weather resistance and scratch resistance and suitable for greenhouse, by coating a surface of a polyester film with a specific cold-curing clear paint and forming a clear hard-coat film on the obtained coating layer. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a polyester film is coated with a cold-curing clear paint composed of a polyisocyanate and a fluorine-containing copolymer containing hydroxyl group and the coating layer is dried to obtain a clear fluororesin coating film having a thickness of about 5-60mu. The coating film is further coated with a clear hard-coat film (preferably having a thickness of about 2-10mu). The clear hard-coat film is a cured coating film of an UV- curable paint composed mainly of an acrylate and/or methacrylate monomer having >=2 ethylenic unsaturated groups in one molecule.
