PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of scumming and to widen the developing latitude by providing a photosensitive layer contg. an ester compd. of a hydroxyl compd. and 1,2-naphthoquinonediazide-6-sulfonic acid and novolak resin on a base. CONSTITUTION:This printing plate has the photosensitive layer contg. the ester compd. of the hydroxyl compd. and 1,2-naphthoquinonediazide-6-sulfonic acid and the novolak resin on the base consisting of an aluminum material subjected to an anodizing treatment as a base material. The hydroxyl compd. to be used is preferably a polycondensation resin of phenols and ketones or aldehydes. An alkaline soluble novolak resin is used for the novolak resin; for example, a phenol formalin novolak resin, m-cresol formalin novolak resin, etc., are preferably used. |
