PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separator and a control method thereof superior in an inexpensive price and maintainability, and capable of stably maintaining the filtration function, without requiring time and skill for assembling with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A cake carrying passage 7 is formed by oppositely arranging a plurality of laminated rotary filter bodies (hereinafter referred to as "a filter body") 1t of laminating respective filter pieces in a processing tank 9 at an equal interval of an uphill gradient shape in upper-lower two stages toward a solid content discharge port 11, and is constituted so as to be capable of self-driving by directly connecting a motor shaft to one end of a rotary shaft of the filter bodies 1t, and the respective rotary shafts 4 are optimally controlled for driving by processing a command based on a result of determining preset respective set values as a determination reference value, with arithmetic operation load torque calculated based on a power supply state to the motor and a motor constant as a measured value of determination, by a control board internally attached with a frequency conversion part, a processing part, a command part and a setting-storage part for controlling respective means of a rotating speed, load detection, starting-stopping and reciprocal rotation with every motor. |
