PURPOSE:To prevent the drop of a toner content ratio by arranging an auxiliary magnetic pole on a lower part from a horizontal plane on the part side opposite to a developer feeding roller and forming a guide part inclined by an angle of the angle of repose or more of the developer on the inside of a casing. CONSTITUTION:The rear end part of a developing sleeve storing part 12 is ended on the upstream side slightly higher than the opposite part of the auxiliary magnetic pole PHI, the guide part 13 inclined by the angle theta3 in the casing 2 follows a carrier 8 and the inclined angle theta3 is set to a value >= the angle of repose of the developer. The two-component developer is carried to the arrow Q direction while being mixed and stirred in a carrier 9, and at the time of arrival at the downmost part, the developer is immediately delivered to the carrier 8 through an aperture part formed on a partition wall 7 without being stagnated by a reversely fitted blade 32a. Since the guide part 3 is formed with an inclination of the angle of response or more of the developer, the developer is not deposited thereon and recovered quickly, thereby preventing the drop of the toner content ratio due to continuous copying operations.
