PURPOSE:To easily know the correct receiving by providing a picture memory, a transmission result memory, a converting circuit, a transmission terminal capacity memory, an address memory and a control part. CONSTITUTION:The transmission result is transmitted to the converting circuit 8 through a data signal line 210, picture data after an image is converted is inputted to the picture memory 3 through a data signal line 211. The control part 1 transmits the image converted transmission result of a transmission part 6 through data signal lines 204, 206. At the same time, the address of the transmission terminal is read from the address memory 4 through a data signal line 205 and transmitted to the transmission part 6. the transmission part 6 transmits the transmission result converted into a facsimile image to the transmission terminal. Thereby, in the side of the transmission terminal, whether a transmitted document is correctly fed to a receiving terminal or not can be known with the labor of a human being.
