PURPOSE:To approximate an actual air-conditioning load and the load rate of the heat source equipment by a method wherein the heat source equipments, whose operating number is determined by an estimated load rate, are operated for a given period of time from starting and the extended operation of the heat source equipments is effected further if the temperature of circulating water does not arrive at a predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:The load rate LF is being set as the estimated load rate Li from a starting time t0 to the time t1, during which a given period of time is elapsed from the starting time t0. When the temperature theta of the circulating water has arrived at a predetermined temperature thetar at a time between the times t0, t1, as shown by the diagram (A), the control is shifted to an automatic control in accordance with the elapse of the predetermined period of time and the load rate LF is determined so as to be corresponding to the temperature theta of the circulating water. When the temperature theta of the circulating water has not arrived at the predetermined temperature thetar yet at the time t1, as shown by the diagram (B), the operation effected by the estimated load rate is extended from the time t1 to the time t2, during which a predetermined time is elapsed, while the extended operation is repeated until the time when the temperature theta of the circulating water arrives at the predetermined temperature thetar. |
