PURPOSE:To make a remote site into an unattended system in a network system, by assembling a fast start up proper to the remote site into a system, and restarting the system by the assembled fast start up immediately after assembling. CONSTITUTION:A site proper SG information receiving means 1 receives a bit of site proper SG information transmitted from a host 6 through a network 7, and a site proper SG means 2 performs the site proper SG of a remote computer system based on a bit of fetched site proper SG information. A memory image is saved in a disk device 8 by using the SG-completed saving procedure of an SG-completed system saving means 3. Following that an SG-completed system is developed from the disk device 8 to a main memory device 9, by using the SG-completed system developing procedure of an SG-completed system developing means 4. The system developed in the main memory device 9 is restarted by using a system restarting procrdure from the SG completion point of a system restarting means 5 from an SG completion state.
