2-ox-indole compound, formula (I), or its salt is prepared by treating formula (IV) with acylisocyanate, R2-C(=O)-N=C=O, in inert solvent or formula (II) with activated derivative of carboxylic acid R1-C(=O)-OH, in inert solvent. In formula, X, Y represent a resonable C1-7 alkyl compound or a hetero compound, respectively, or halogen, hydrogen, or a combinded alkyl compound or a hetero compound, together. And R1, R2 are alkyl group having a resonable substituent, respectively.
