PURPOSE:To make a piezo electric electroacoustic transducer usable even for persons who have difficulty in hearing without making the constitution larger in size, by providing coil for leakage flux in the front case and connecting the coils with a piezo-electric body. CONSTITUTION:Coil 23 is provided in a front case 21 provided with a sound hole 22 and the coil is connected in series with a ceramic piezo-electric body 24 stuck to a diaphragm 25 by means of lead wires 28 and 29. The diaphragm plate 25 vibrates in response to electric signals from input terminals 30 and 31 and, at the same time, magnetic fluxes are leaked by the coils 23 and a hearing aid responds to the magnetic fluxes. Thus a piezo-electric electroacoustic transducer which is small in size and thin in thickness and can be used even by a person who has difficulty in bearing and uses a hearing aid is obtained without making the constitution larger.
