PURPOSE:To stop buzzer sounding and enable starting a sel-motor by changing over connection with a power circuit from a buzzer sounding circuit to a starter control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 28 has been turned ON to start an engine, a power circuit 13 and a buzzer sounding circuit 26 are connected to each other, thereby sounding a buzzer 25, as a safety switch 29 is changed over to said buzzer sounding circuit 26. By applying a pertinent starting operation such as stepping down a clutch pedal, however, the safety switch 29 is changed over to a starter control circuit 23 and an electric current to the buzzer sounding circuit 26 is interrupted.
